Our website server also collects the domain names of visitors to our website. This information is aggregated to measure number of visits, average time spent on the Child’s Hope website, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use of our website and to improve content.

When you are on the Child’s Hope website and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with Child’s Hope. Child’s Hope’s primary goal in collecting personal information is to facilitate our mission of building collaborations and programs that enable children and families to break the cycle of child abuse. 

Child’s Hope uses Personal Information (a) to acknowledge and provide a tax receipt for donations; (b) to respond to donor inquiries or questions about our services; (c) for internal marketing purposes and as part of Child’s Hope donor database. 

Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communication.  

We also use the information we collect to help target valuable information about our programs, key events and accomplishments. These communications may be done within the website or on social media networks like Facebook or Twitter as well as promotional emails sent by Child’s Hope, or by third parties under contract with Child’s Hope.

With whom does Child’s Hope share my information?

Except as outlined in this policy or on our website, it is Child’s Hope’s policy not to provide your personal information to third-parties without your consent.

Child’s Hope will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential.  Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Child’s Hope and only to further the activities and purposes of Child’s Hope.
